Change Request in Night Depository

One of our branches recently had a business customer with CTR reportable transactions (deposits), upon review and questioning of the branch, they get change requests in their Night Drop bags, in which they then prepare for pick up by the customer. For CTR reporting, there is no knowledge of who dropped the ND with request (so no conductor for cash in transaction), but upon picking it up, that person would be the conductor for the cash out amount, but the cash out amount is not reportable.

Would be include the person picking up the change request on the CTR in any capacity?

The individual picking up the cash would only be listed on the CTR if the amount of cash out exceeded $10,000.
