MSB REGISTRATION QUESTION

Hello,
We have an incorporated business customer that has two DBA's all under the same tax ID number. The corporation is listed on FinCEN's MSB registration list with one of the DBA's, but not the other. Both DBA's conduct MSB activities. Do they need to register both DBA's?

In their application to FinCen, they have to disclose all their locations, I believe. Since he has put a discrepancy in front of your face, you might ask him for a copy of his application to see if he listed both locations. Unless....they only have to register every 2 years, is one of the locations new maybe?

Thanks Daisy! Both DBA's have been around for awhile. I see I'll need to do some investigating. :-)
