Where to House BO Certifications - 06/21/18 02:49 PM
This is an operational/logistics question. For those of you having a document imaging system, where are you scanning the BO certifications? At the customer (CIF) level or account level? I had first thought the account level since that is the triggering event for certifying and recertifying; at the same time, BO follows the legal entity. Anyone care to opine?

We are putting ours at customer level.

We modified the form to include a space for the account number so the account is identified on the form. But we have it set up to have all of the forms under the EIN in our electronic archive system.
