Foreign Customer

Do you require NRA's (foreign customers) to be present for account opening? if not, what type of notary, certification or authentication do you require? Notarization means different things in different countries so I'm curious what if anything do you require.

Is there a compelling reason for wanting to do this? We would not permit.
