Revocable Trust - SAR

In a situation where one might file a SAR due to possible structured cash withdrawals and the account withdrawn from is a trust and the withdrawer is a trustee, would you list the Trust as a subject along with the withdrawing trustee? Or would you just list the withdrawing trustee and make note that the account is owned by a trust in the narrative?

If the structured withdrawals where from the account of ABC, Inc. would you just list the authorized signer as the subject?
