Privately owned ATM customers

are defined as bank customers who own and operate ATM machines.
what should a bank do if there are ATMs on location of a bank customer but are not bank ATMs

Find out if it's your customer that owns the ATM or not. In my experience, if your customer does not own the ATM, they at least know who does because they get some sort of financial compensation for having the ATM located on their premises. If your customer owns it, they need to complete a questionnaire because you need to find out who is filling that ATM (a third part or if it's your customer who is filling it from banking withdrawals or from their till).

We have two categories of ATM operators here....

1. Those who own/operate/service/fill an ATM on their premises. - High Risk
2. Those who have an ATM on premises by virtue of a lease and do not fill or maintain the ATM. - Moderate Risk
