Public section of latest CRA PE
List of branches including addresses, hours and days of
operation, services and any differences in services/pricing
Branches opened/closed in last 2 years
Up-to-date Assessment Area map(s)
Assessment Area census tract list

What is the difference between the CRA Performance Evaluation and the CRA Disclosure Statement?

The perfomance evaluation is written by the examiners and details the banks performance in its CRA exam.

CRA Disclosure statements are derived from the information that you submit annually on your CRA LAR.

aren't you referring to the HMDA LAR?

No, these are separate disclosure statements. Not all banks collect and submit CRA Data and therefore wouldn't have a CRA disclosure. All large bank must submit their data, ISB's have the option to submit or not and small banks do not submit a CRA LAR at all. Only those who submit their data would have a CRA disclosure statement.
