Does anyone place letters from organizations thanking the bank for donated funds for some sort of special program in their CRA public file?

If so, do you black out the amount donated or leave as is?

We don't, that is really not what they are looking for in the reg. Always a danger in making the examiners think you don't know or understand the reg.

However, we do have them in our master file for the examiners to review.

Our master file keeps a record of each non-profit we deal with, how they work with the LMI population or areas etc. and any back up info. We also keep things like the thank you letters and other kudos we get.
