Revised Interagency CRA Q and A Released - 07/15/16 06:15 PM

To make my summer complete, the agencies have released the revised Q and A, that is supposed to incorporate the original and supplemental, plus revision.

I guess I will be reading tonight!

220 pages to revise 6 of the proposed Q&A, adopt 3 of the proposed Q&A, and drop 1.

Can't anyone in Washington write clearly and succinctly?

The format and required (or perhaps just traditional such as discussion of comments received) sections cause the length, unfortunately. It would be nice if they included a summary in bullet point fashion.

"We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it" - Nancy Pelosi

I'll patiently wait for KB's summary.

First 75 pages contain the meat of the doc.

Any hope of ending economic segregation in community development other than housing?

So...

I'm a new ISB guy, so I may be behind the 8 ball here, but I didn't gather a whole lot of NEW information from these Q&A's (as that applies to an ISB).

I learned that I will likely submit some affiliate home loans for consideration under the lending test.
I learned that there will be a stronger emphasis on the responsiveness of an institution to the credit needs of its AA
I learned that there is an equal focus on qualitative impacts as there is quantitative impacts (CD loans, service, investment).

What else? Do I need to re-read this thing?
