Reporting of SBSF Loans on Branches Sold

We have several locations we are selling and I need to know if we get to report loans made in those areas. If the bank who is purchasing the loans is not required to report then I can definitely report them but if it is a large bank, I'm not sure. Do we report separate submissions for the time we serviced the loans?
