2022 CRA Public File Update

How are you updating your CRA Public File for April 1, 2022. Are you using the 2020 data census tracts even though FFIEC hasn't released the demographic information.

I would continue to use the 2021 tracts until the FFIEC publishes the new tracts and their income class. At that time I would change the file immediately. For sure the AA maps will need to be updated. Tract size, tract location, tract name, tract income class are all subject to change since this is based on the decennial census. Every bank should post new AA maps in their public file as soon as the new tracts and demographic are published.

Len - Do you have any inside information on when we can expect the updated tracts and income levels to be published?
