Cutoff time for deposits/different time zones

My home bank is in the eastern time zone but we have a branch located in a central time zone. Our home bank is changing the the cutoff time for deposits to 5:00..our disclosures read the cutoff is 5:00 however it does not specifiy eastern or central. In order to have the deposits picked up by a courier and returned to home bank, (45 mins. away) we are considering changing our branch in the central time zone to a 4:00 cutoff. (If it is technology possible). Would anyone see a problem with this? Does the disclosures need to specifiy the time zones?
