disclosures on deposit slips

I have been researching & really not found anything, but wanting to know that if the signature if cash received back can be changed to say something different. The reason I am asking is because our institution has had some trouble in the past with proof of deposit & is wanting to implement a signature required for all deposits made in-person. This would not include of course deposits by mail or by ATM. Anyone have any idea?
