ADA Policy Requirement

I'm out of my area here. Deposit CO is out and IA is making a big deal about the bank not currently having a general ADA Policy in place.

I know they are working on an ADA Polciy regarding ATM's, but is a general ADA Policy also required?

I am not aware of any requirement to have a general ADA policy.

Could it be in reference to HR?
