Is this box detailing the OD and Returned Item fees required on Savings account statements, or for the savings account portion of a combined DDA/SAV statement?

If it is a "periodic statement" and there have been overdraft fees on the account, I would expect to see the disclosure. There is no carve-out for account type in the regulation.
