NACHA $1M increase for RDFIs

NACHA $1M increase for RDFIs - 08/12/21 12:37 PM

NACHA states in their FAQs that "ODFIs need to determine whether to offer higher dollar limits to Same Day ACH Originators". Can RDFI also chose to limit the dollar limits for Same Day ACH? Can a RDFI chose to limit payments to $250,000 for example for all clients? Or on a risk bases, limit by customer?

ODFIs have always had the option to impose limits on ACH Originators under Nacha rules. That applies to same-day ACH entries, too.

RDFIs's can't put a limit on incoming transactions
