Section 311

An outside auditor informed me that we needed to add verbiage in our FACTA policy regarding Section 311. I have searched in vain and cannot come up with any examples.

Would anyone be willing to share their FACTA policy with me?

In regards to Section 311, I added a short statement in our policy addressing it. "Comply with Section 311 of the FACT Act of 2003 by providing a credit score notice with consumer requests an extension of credit."
