Obtaining a credit report for business debit card

Is it allowable to run credit bureau reports on the individuals
that will carry a debit card hooked to a business account?

I would say that on the individuals it may be "allowable" but I wouldn't do it... I could see doing one on the business itself... maybe.

To me the "who" uses the card argument should be left to the business owner and their decision making process.
