Zero Score Credit Score Disclosure

Our applicant did not receive a credit score from any bureau. Is a zero score disclosure required, or can we send the credit score exception disclosure showing a zero score? Also, is the Notice to Home Loan Applicant Disclosure required if the applicant does not receive a credit score?

A Notice to Home Loan Applicant Disclosure would not be required, as there is no score to use. I am not sure what you mean by a zero score disclosure? If you risk base price your loans, then yes, an H-5 notice would be applicable if use the RBP exception notices
