TRID Disclosure - Liability After Foreclosure - 11/11/15 02:32 PM
For the TRID Closing Disclosure, does anyone know whether after a foreclosure that does not cover the amount of unpaid balance on the loan, Puerto Rico law may protect the consumer from liability for a deficiency after foreclosure, or, whether Puerto Rico law does not protect the consumer from liability? We are not at all familiar with Puerto Rico foreclosure laws and would appreciate a legal citation.
