Do a search for e sign disclosures. That will probably give you all the information you're looking for.

There's WAY more to e-delivering statements than a simple disclosure.

The key to ESIGN is the test drive. Compare it to a 16-year-old getting his/her driver's license. It would be laughable to ask kids to sign a statement that they know all the rules instead of requiring them to pass both a written and on-road test.
