I do BSA annually, then throw in some hot topics and new regs...
This year we did BSA, UDAP & CRA Community development.
I do BSA Annually and this year, for the first time, did some high-level presentations each quarter in a number of areas (deposits, lending, fair-lending). Not required maybe, but it can't hurt.

Don't forget to look at your examiners comments - ours have said specifically that they want the BoD to receive updates of consumer protection reg changes, etc. (We're a de novo, so that makes it a little different, but your exam findings may address something with regards to board training.)
