Invitations to NDIP Seminar

Our investment rep is holding a seminar for investments and it is open to the public. He would like for us to give out the invitations as well as have them laying on PB desks and at the teller windows. I do not have a problem with having the tellers and PBs hand them out personnally or having them on another counter. Is it a violation of the Interagency Policy to just have them sitting out on the teller line?

Perhaps I am overly cautious, but I would NOT have them at the teller windows and absolutely I would not allow them to be distributed by my tellers. I would place on check writing desks in the lobby and perhaps even allow new accounts personnel to hand out (if they do not accept FDIC covered account deposits).
