Is it a new SAR or Continuing Activity

We filed a SAR last year on a customer, then closed her accounts. Therefore, there was no need to filing a continuing activity report 90 days later. Now we have noted this same previous customer is involving a current customer in what we believe is the same type of suspicious activity. I thought this would be a continuing activity SAR, since I would like to reference the previous SAR filing, but this is well after the 120 days for a continuing activity SAR. Do I file this as a new SAR or continuing activity SAR?

New SAR with a reference to the old ones in the narrative.
