BSA E-File and Verafin

We use Verafin to file our BSA Reports.

When we log into BSA E-File system, we are unable to view any data regarding our submissions.

Has anyone run into this issue before? We can't even see if a file was accepted, rejected, etc.

Most likely because it's submitted as a batch file. Do you not get that info from Verafin?

We also file our reports thru Verafin and if you look under filing and organization status and you can see where the batches have the acknowledged, submitted or accepted, but you cannot open the individual batch. Thru Verafin, you can see the information you are looking for. Click on the CTR's and look for status and that pulls up anything you want to see.

Original Anon: We have a SAR that shows submitted in Verafin, but it hasn't been accepted by FinCEN. Verafin told us we need to contact FinCEN, but we have no information available to us in FinCEN.

I have an email in with FinCEN, but so far both FinCEN and Verafin don't seem to know what is going on. The file has been in submitted status for way more than 5 days, but not accepted.

Was just curious if others have run into a similar issue and how you handled it.
