SAR on DBA

I' working on a SAR where the individual is a customer but the DBA business is not. I have a Part I for the individual but how do I handle the DBA's Part I? In particular, Item 18, do I enter both the individual's DL and the business' state registry number? For Item 24, the individual has a relationship to our bank but the DBA does not, how to I handle that? It seems confusing to add a Item 24 where we say there is no relationship in addition to the one that says they are a customer. I appreciate everyone's input.Thanks,

DBA is used to launder marijuana proceeds from a dispensary also owned by the individual We don't bank either of the businesses, only the personal accounts. That's the issue with filling out the Part I. Individual is a customer but DBA is not
