Loan to Corporation and guaranteed by one person

We have a HMDA reportable commercial loan made to a Corporation and guaranteed by one individual. In the Applicant Information of the LAR, whose information do I input? Is the Corporation the Borrower and the guarantor the co-borrower or is there no co-borrower?

You do not report information on guarantors, so there is no co-applicant.
