Email Notice of Late Edit Report

I have a situation that I am seeking some advice on. I submitted HMDA on 2/6 in the am; I received my edit report via email late in the day on 2/6. I prepared the reponse and emailed in secure format on 2/9 in the am. I did not recieve a confirmation. On 2/17 I received an email that stated my response was 2 days overdue. I then took the original email and resent unsecure this time with a message stating original was sent on 2/9. I have yet to receive a confirmation. Should I fax the edit report? Or just wait a few more days for confirmation. Trying to call is like dialing the black hole!

Had this occur with three different clients' edit reports I submitted. I re-emailed and finally received confirmations and an acknowledgement that they were identifying the edit report as sent with the original email date.

how long did it take to receive the confirmation?

I received the confirmation within 48 hours of re-sending the edit report.
