One step construction to permanent loan and there is no property address given. We have the location of where the land is, but no number. Is this acceptable? What do people normally use in a one step construction loan?

If you ache the location, you have enough information to determine an address/legal description. If you're asking "do I have a house identified for HMDA?" I way "yes".

Thank you David, I just wanted to know what the approach was for folks that are familiar with the one step construction to perm loans, if they don't have an actual property address, what they report. Looks like if we have a location, we are good to go. So really you have answered my question I think.
