Do we still report permanent financing of construction loans as "home purchase" or has this changed?

That's still correct, report as home purchase.

You know how it is when you're doing that final "scrub" of HMDA data and get to doubting yourself! I knew that was the case but got to thinking that the change in refinance might have changed it.
