I am in the process of planning our external audits am looking for names of external consultants that you have used. In the past we have used two separate consultants; one for credit and another for Operations, Compliance, Accounting, and IT.

We are a community bank (OCC Regulated) with an asset size of $60 located in Washington and Idaho. If anyone would be able to provide me with names of external consultants, I would appreciate it. (I have also contacted our the OCC for a list of external bank consultants.)

Again, your input is appreciated.

We have used Moss Adams in the past for credit review.


Currently, we use RSM McGladrey for IT audits.

Both firms provide a variety of services for bank clients.

We have used RSM McGladrey for various (IT, E-Banking, BSA/AML)audits and are very happy with the service they provide.

We currently use Fornter Bayens Levkulich and are very happy with their service. They only audit Banks. We use them for external, internal and IT audits.

We've also had good luck with each of these firms. RSM conducts our IT audits as well and Moss Adams completes an annual financial review and commercial loan reviews for us.

We use both Moss (internal) and McGladrey (financial) also. But if you're a smaller bank you might try Pacific Audit & Compliance out of the Fife/Tacoma area.
