Formal ACH Originator Credit Analysis???

I am in search for a form that I could use for analyzing my ACH originators credit history. Does anyone have one they would care to share?

Many banks use their standard commercial credit evaluation process. Since you should combine the ACH risks limits with all other credits outstanding to the customer, it really only makes since. You don't want to underwrite them for the ACH risks separately.
