Annual Reports to Board - 07/21/03 02:34 PM
During my most recent Safety & Soundness Audit...It was recommended that I prepare annually to the board an IT Report. (Similar to the report prepared for Physical Security) I was looking for a template to assist me with my first submission but have been unable to find one. Can you point me in the right direction?

I have a couple of documents that may be of some help to you. I have a board report and risk assessment summary that deal specifically with Information Security pursuant to Gramm Leach Bliley; while they aren't exactly what you requested, they may give you a head start.
