Hello,
Will anyone be using any type of form that will track the new disclosure requirements for loans refinancing (modifications) and restructuring for borrowers experiencing financial difficulty? Would anyone be willing to share?
Note: A cumulative effect of all past modifications over a period of 12 months when determining whether a delay is insignificant.
Interest rate reductions
Principal forgiveness
Other than insignificant payment delays
Term extensions
