Audit Dept. Structure

For those of you with more than 2 individuals in your audit department, can you tell me how the department is structured? What individuals are at the officer level?

I will preface by saying that each Bank is different depending on size. Currently, there are four people in the "Risk Management" group. We have a Risk Management Officer, who is at VP level. The rest of the Associates are staff. One person heading up the audit department, who is considered an "officer" and the compliance "officer". The remaining are simply Staff Auditor or Staff Compliance.
