Vendor Risk Management

Do we need to add the following vendors to our program to review contracts and perform a risk assessment annually?
FDIC-our regulator
Federal Reserve Bank-Fedline Advantage Services

I don't consider a regulator a vendor.

I don't consider regulators a vendor either--it is not like you can fire them and engage another if you don't approve of their performance
