Does anyone have a mobile banking risk assessment that they'd be willing to share?

Am I missing something here? From my understanding mobile banking apps are just a scaled down versions of the internet banking platform. Where is the increased risk? what's the difference between someone signing into internet banking with a laptop and signing into mobile banking with a phone?
There could be less security on the mobile device and the mobile banking ap could include remote deposit via the device camera.

Never heard of anyone losing their Desktop, often hear of people losing their phones.

If mobile banking includes mobile deposit (AKA remote deposit capture junior), risks climb because of the potential for fraudulent or unwitting duplicate depositing of a given check, and the fact that the second deposit could be at another bank, leaving your bank clueless that there might be a chargeback coming your way, perhaps several weeks later. There's also any other risk that can be involved in "real" remote deposit capture, except generally on a smaller dollar scale.
