We meet quarterly, minutes go to the audit committee, and then BOD. Our asset size is $300M

Originally in setting up, held monthly meetings until format and forum were firm. Switched then to quarterly meetings with minutes going to the BOD.
Once during the term when we were engaged in a critical and time sensitive project, had monthly "mini-meetings" for updates and priority reassignments.
