REG CC Change Notification

Can the change in disclosure be a message on the actual statement or does it need to be a separate message / insert?

We used a message. There are some threads on here that give many examples of terminology used at several banks.

We did statement message and a separate mailing to passbook accounts as here, they are subject to Reg CC holds.
