waiving fees discrimination?

It is our policy to charge for ATM cards. If we waive this fee on a case-by-case basis do we have any discrimination issues?

There are no anti-discrimination laws regarding deposit accounts or services outside of a real stretch possibly using Civil Rights legislation.

Hi, its a common charge you want to waive ,its an extra income for the bank will be stopped if you waive it i dont know about your policies but in our bank first thing it will be checked is the commission.
