It looks like the first poster child for the CFPB may be Discover Financial Services. See the WSJ article: "Discover Says Costs Related To Enforcement Action Could Exceed $100 Million"

Wait, a press release about a major enforcement action against an entity that was already regulated. Never saw that coming.
