QC worksheets for loan dept.

Does anyone use quality control worksheets for their loan staff to complete? I'm talking separate from audit workpapers. I'm looking for something that can walk loan staff through the entire process to ensure compliance every step of the way. Anyone know where I can find some or are you willing to share? Thanks!
