Reg Z Disclosure Definitions

Do we need to provide definitions of terms with a truth in lending disclosure? And do the disclosures need to specify "preliminary" and "final"? (Specifically for close-end mortgage loans)

I am not sure if this is what you are referring to or not but we use Laser Pro and I believe they say Early Truth in Lending and the fed boxes should show the terms and all.
