I have a 15 year $68,000, fixed rate loan to H/W secured by agriculatural land to consolidate personal debt. Are there any requirements other than TIL and FLood for this? I'm sorry to ask for help, but I am not up to date on all the consumer real estate requirements yet. Thanks!
The land is 157 acres farmland, no structures.
