private educ. loans/mortgages apply? HELP - 02/28/11 03:45 PM
Just checking. We had granted a mortgage loan where part of the proceeds were to be used for educ. expenses (post secondary). After reading my docs. I feel that we did not have to go through the private ed. loan docs. as the loan is closed -end real estate secured. Right??
