Names on Hazard Insurance

We have a mortgage in the names of both husband and wife. The hazard insurance policy only lists one spouse. Is this ok or do we have to have both people listed on the insurance?

I don't see it as that big a deal. If the named insured was not a vested owner, than that is another issue.
