CREDIT REPORT FEE

Does the credit report and flood determination fee need to be itemized on the HUD-1 or can we lump those fees in to our origination fee? If we do it this way could we suffer any ramifications?

From the instructions:

Line 805 is used to record the fee for all credit reports.

Line 807 is used to record any flood certification fee.

You would be cited for disclosure violations to combine them.
