Joint Intent - husband signed both names

We have a loan where a couple is putting up their rental house to pay off some consumer debt. On the application the husband clearly printed both his name and his wife's name. However, they both signed the appropriate place on the bottom of the application. Is this acceptable for the joint intent or should I have them sign under the printed names? Or is there a better fix? Thanks.

Talk to each on the phone, verify intent verbally and note that in the file.
