Protecting Tenants in Foreclosure

I am auditing this for first time. Anyone have audit to share? I assume that I look at foreclosed property files (If any) and verify when tenants were given notice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's what I did when I audited this for the first time just this year. I also reviewed the bank's procedures.
