Rules for consumer loans not secured by real-estat - 05/12/15 08:05 PM

I am trying to compile a list of all regulations, rules, laws, etc. for each loan category. I have completed my list for all loans secured by real-estate but my other lists are looking short. Can anyone name some regs off the top of their heads?
This list is going to be for loans that are either unsecured or secured by a vehicle.

I am making this list to give to employees so that they can learn where to find the answers.

Go to "click to read a reg" at the top of the page. Ignore any that are real estate only (which in some cases such as Z are parts of the regulation.

Include the laws at the bottom, FCRA for example. Not all of FCRA is in Reg V. Look at both CFPB and FRB.

When you get to FRB Reg H, check your regulator for corresponding rules for the various sections.

Thank you, I wasn't missing anything but it still looked like a short list.
